Hanging out with my dude and enjoy new spot of Saigon, new to me, I haven’t been here ever before. Should be there from 5pm, they turn on the light and we can feel the effect of lighting on wall and ceiling. Elysium café is quite cozy, not so small, simple decoration and good food. Price range is fine for the place which is located in the center of Saigon.
